Karataş Home Concept
Furniture Website, Product Platform & Sales CRM

A public furniture website connected to daily sales operations.
Karataş Home Concept needed more than a product catalogue. The project combines the public website with product administration and a staff-focused CRM so digital content and in-store sales workflows can live in one controlled system.
Make a capable system simple enough for everyday retail use.
The sales team needed to create quotations quickly, work with products and customers without unnecessary data entry, and keep the website catalogue current. The challenge was to add capability without making the staff interface feel like enterprise software.
Design around the way the store actually works.
Product management, permissions and quotation flows were refined around real shop-floor behaviour. Staff can begin a quotation before creating a customer record, add products while the customer browses and collect customer details when the quotation is ready to be finalised.
Product Platform
Categories, brands, products and project content can be managed from the same business environment.
Sales CRM
Customer, quotation and sales-process tools are organised around practical retail actions.
Staff Permissions
Separate staff access keeps day-to-day editing focused on the modules each employee needs.
Design Studio
Site-wide visual controls keep the public experience maintainable without rebuilding templates.
THE WORK,
IN CONTEXT.

One connected system for the website and the sales floor.
The delivered platform reduces the gap between public product presentation and daily store operations, while keeping the staff experience intentionally simple and the website independently manageable.
Products and expertise
behind the project.
