Azka Hotel
Hotel Website, Guest Experience & Hospitality Systems

One hotel brand, connected digital touchpoints.
Azka Hotel was approached as more than a public website. The project connects brand discovery, stay information and food & beverage touchpoints so guests encounter a coherent digital experience before and during their stay.
Keep separate guest journeys coherent.
The public website, in-hotel information and digital menu serve different moments in the guest journey. The challenge was to keep those responsibilities clear while making the experience feel like one hotel brand rather than disconnected tools.
Design the ecosystem, not isolated pages.
Information architecture, mobile UX and interface decisions were developed around real hospitality journeys. Each system keeps its own operational role while sharing a consistent visual language and clear paths to the next guest action.
THREE SYSTEMS.
ONE GUEST EXPERIENCE.
Azka's public website, in-hotel guest experience and FOQUS GO menu remain specialist systems while operating as one coherent hospitality ecosystem.

Public Website
Rooms, gastronomy, experiences and brand content structured for fast discovery.
Guest Experience
Hotel information and service touchpoints designed for guests already on property.
Food & Beverage
FOQUS GO connects multilingual digital menu experiences to the wider hotel ecosystem.
Operational Control
Modular systems keep content and day-to-day responsibilities manageable after launch.
THE WORK,
IN CONTEXT.

A hotel experience built as one connected system.
The result is a more coherent hospitality experience in which the public website, guest-facing information and food & beverage systems can evolve independently without losing the consistency of the Azka Hotel brand.
